Terms of service

1. Acceptance

The services of Vitosha SnowKite School are provided by ACTIVE MIND ELEMENTS LTD, UIC 208876474, registered office 27 Banat St, Lozenets, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria, represented by its manager Yordan Stanislavov Rangelov ("Vitosha SnowKite School" or "we" below). These terms are the contract between you and the company.

By using the Vitosha SnowKite School website and services you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vitosha SnowKite School provides snowkiting instruction — lessons and courses. A lesson includes instruction with the instructor and the kite equipment (kite, harness, helmet and radio). Skis or a snowboard, ski goggles and warm clothing are not included and are not rented; goggles are required, like the helmet; if needed, we can help you find somewhere to rent skis or a snowboard. All services are subject to availability and to weather conditions.

3. Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed with the instructor
• No prepayment is required
• You may cancel up to 24 hours before the agreed time
• If the weather turns, we reschedule the lesson to a date we choose and let you know. Rescheduling is free of charge. The instructor's judgement on whether conditions are suitable is final

4. Participant requirements

Participants must be able to ski or snowboard at a basic level, be in good general health, and inform the instructor of any condition that may affect their safety.

Participants under 18 are accepted only with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.

5. Safety and liability

Snowkiting carries inherent risks. Participants must follow the instructor's directions at all times, including instructions on the riding area and on ending a session.

Helmets are mandatory. Vitosha SnowKite School accepts no liability for injury or damage caused by failure to follow instructions, by withholding relevant health information, or by riding outside the designated area.

We recommend checking that your insurance covers winter sports.

6. Equipment

Equipment we provide remains the property of Vitosha SnowKite School. Participants are responsible for damage caused by negligence or by failure to follow instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All material on this website, including text, images and the logo, is the property of Vitosha SnowKite School and protected by copyright law.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
